Tile Roof Restoration
Old tile roofs start to leak and look tired. We fix the bedding and pointing, then seal the whole roof. It looks new again and keeps the water out. Costs a lot less than a full replacement.
Full Tile Roof Replacement
Some roofs are too far gone to patch. When tiles keep cracking and slipping, we take the old roof off and put a new one on with genuine Monier tiles. You get 15 years on the pointing and 10 years on our work. New valley irons included, free.
Tile Roof Leak Repairs
Wet patch on the ceiling after heavy rain? That only gets worse. We find where the water is really coming in and fix it properly, then check the rest of your tiles while we're up there. A small fix now saves you a whole new roof later.
Gutter Cleaning

Question 1: How quickly can we quote and begin your job?
We give you a quote and visit your site the same day, so you never have to wait. Our team can handle urgent jobs quickly and carefully. Once you say yes to the quote, we can start your project within 24 hours, as long as weather and materials allow. When we say fast, we mean it. Our crew gets moving right away and gets up on your roof.
Question 2: How do you ensure superior workmanship and quality control?
Ricky is a qualified roof tiler with a Cert 3 and over 15 years on the tools. He is on site, not sitting in an office. We work fast, we work neat, and we clean up before we leave. Every job gets checked before we call it done.
Question 3: Do you provide written warranties, and what’s included?
Yes. You get it in writing. Your pointing is covered for 15 years because we use Flexipoint. Our own work is covered for 10 years. If something goes wrong in that time, we come back and fix it.
Question 4: Do you charge for quotes or call-out fees like other companies?
No. Coming out and quoting your roof is free. You will never get a bill just for us turning up.
Question 5: What happens if it rains while my roof is being worked on?
We watch the weather closely and plan around it. We never leave your roof open when rain is coming. If the weather turns, we make everything watertight before we stop, then come back when it clears. Your home stays dry.
